When a Campaign Ends

Your campaign ends automatically, without you having to do anything, when either of these happens:

  • The donation goal is reached — Once the total raised meets your fundraising goal, the campaign closes.
  • The end date arrives — If you set an end date when creating the campaign, it closes at the end of that date.

When a campaign ends, its status changes to Ended and it stops accepting new donations. All of its payments, donors, and reports stay available in your dashboard. Once you no longer need an ended campaign in your main list, you can archive it. To run a similar campaign again, use Make a Copy.
