Venues are the locations where your events and sessions take place. Instead of typing the same location every time, you save a venue once and pick it from a list whenever you create an event or session.
To access Venues, go to Events in the left sidebar and click Venues. The page lists all your saved venues.

Understanding the Venues Table
Each row in the table shows one venue:
- Actions — The three dot menu with the options available for that venue.
- Name — The venue name attendees see on your event and session pages.
- Map URL — The map link for the venue, or Not set if none has been added.
- Sessions — How many sessions use this venue.
- Created — The date the venue was added.
Use the Filters panel at the top of the page to search for a venue.
Creating a Venue
- Click + Create Venue in the top right of the Venues page.
- Enter the venue Name, for example “Hyatt Regency, Frisco, TX.” The name can be up to 50 characters.
- Optionally, paste a Map URL, such as a Google Maps link to the venue’s location.
- Click Save.
The venue is added to your list and is available to select in the event and session wizards.

Adding a Venue While Building an Event or Session
You don’t have to leave the wizard to add a new venue. On the Venue step of the event wizard or the session wizard, click + next to the venue dropdown, enter the venue name, and save it.
Venues you add this way also appear on the Venues page, where you can add a map URL later.
Managing Venues
Click the three dot menu in the Actions column next to any venue to manage it, for example to update its name or map URL.
Tip: Make venue names specific, such as including the room or city (“Ritz Carlton Hotel – Main Ballroom”), so you can tell similar venues apart when picking one in the wizard.
