Ideali makes it easy to set up a professional donation campaign in minutes. The campaign builder walks you through each step one at a time, with a live preview on the right side of the screen so you can see exactly how your campaign will look to donors as you build it.To get started, go to Donation in the left sidebar, click Campaigns, then click New Campaign in the top right corner.

The builder is divided into the following steps:

1. Campaign Name and Dates — Give your campaign a name and set your start and optional end date.
   

   

2. Set Goal — Enter your fundraising target and choose whether to display it publicly.
   

   

3. Add Description — Write about your cause or use the built in AI generator to create one instantly.
   

   

4. Set Payment Account — Choose which connected payment account will receive donations and select your accepted payment methods. Learn how to set up a payment account.
   

   

5. Preset Donation Amounts — Set suggested giving amounts for one time, monthly, and yearly donors.
6. Campaign Color — Choose a color that matches your cause or organization branding.
7. Campaign Banner Image — Upload your own image, choose from stock photos, or generate one using AI.
8. Thank You Email — Customize the email donors receive after contributing.
9. Review and Confirm — Review your campaign details and publish when ready.
   

   

At any point during the process you can click Save and Exit to save your progress and return later, or click Back One Step to make changes to a previous step.
